• What Heals
  • Healing happens when we are deeply seen and heard.  Wounding happens when we are not seen and heard.  Developing understanding, compassion and empathy for what is in the way, aspects of yourself that are wounded, defensive, or acting from a place of fear, is the way of healing.

    Our bodies know how to heal. When we are cut, we heal naturally.  Therapy is about strengthening our natural capacity for self-healing, tapping into our wisdom and inner knowing.

    Healing takes place in the present moment.  We can actually re-wire our brain with here-and-now experiences that change old, stuck patterns and beliefs.
