• My Philosophy
  • At our core, we are each whole, healthy beings. Our authentic, creative, spontaneous selves get covered up through life’s wounding experiences. We develop strategies to help protect ourselves from being hurt again, while still attempting to be seen, heard, and accepted. We learn to move against, move toward, or move away from others to protect ourselves. These strategies are valuable and once served an important purpose. Over time, however, they calcify. We become entranced in a strategic self, a survival personality.

Therapy helps us reconnect with our innate ability to grow toward wholeness and healing. The goal of therapy is to move toward our fullest expression of ourselves, bringing aliveness into our relationships and everyday lives.
