  • I bring an openhearted, warm, accepting, loving presence to my work.  This quality of contact allows the client to feel deeply seen, and to feel safe to explore vulnerabilities and move toward wholeness.

    I emphasize the here and now, as opposed to the there and then.  Working in the present moment is where deep, transformative change occurs.  I use mindfulness, a sustained inward focus of attention that heightens sensitivity and enhances the ability to notice inner conflicts and limiting beliefs.

    I combine mindfulness with present moment experiences, using creative expression, awareness of the body, inner dialogue, and the therapeutic relationship.  These experiences allow you to uncover, explore, and shift core beliefs so that you can embody more of your essential, authentic self.
